Indeqa® is installed on your Microsoft 365 environment. This allows administrators and conference participants to easily log into the Indeqa® app with their existing Microsoft 365 accounts. There is no need for a new account or a new password. Is multifactor authentication set within your organization? Then this is also necessary when logging in to Indeqa®.
Documents are automatically converted to pdf when they are added to a meeting. These documents are stored in your organization's SharePoint environment. Annotations are projected as a separate layer over the pdf documents and are stored separately from the document in our own environment. The annotations are (technically) not part of the shared document and can only be viewed by the author himself.
The rights of users can easily be managed from your SharePoint environment. Do you have contributory or editing rights for your SharePoint environment? Then you can use Indeqa® fully. Do you only have reading rights? Then you can only participate in meetings to which you are actually invited. External users can also - without actually logging in to Indeqa® - participate in a meeting.
