Can I create groups within Indeqa?

During the preparation and creation of a meeting, time can be saved for defined meeting groups.

Within Indeqa you can create meeting groups that can be added to meetings. You can also use the Microsoft 365 groups and other groups known in Active Directory ((Azure) AD). This is made possible by the integration with Azure AD.

In the video below you can see how you can easily add a new group or modify existing groups from the participants menu of Indeqa.

Step by step

  1. Go to 'Participants' in the menu.
  2. Click on 'Add new Group'.
  3. Give this group a name and, if desired, a description.
  4. Click on 'Manage' next to 'Group members'.
  5. Add the desired participants of the group. Note: it may take a while for the contact to load.

Tip: add a group to the meeting type so that you do not have to add the participants that are always present for this specific type of meeting.
