How long do the meeting documents remain stored on a device and are the meeting documents stored in an encrypted form?

Meeting documents are stored on a device for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. This is done from a security by design point of view. The documents can be downloaded again if desired, after which they are available offline for another 30 days within Indeqa for the meeting participant.
