into Indeqa

New name, ready for the next chapter. We are very excited to announce that on the 3rd of November Easy2Meet® rebranded into Indeqa®.

More than just "easy to meet"

From the beginning
we have been dedicated to create a better way of meetings on Microsoft 365. A journey that started with the simple request to facilitate meetings with an easy paperless solution in 2015. Guided by the feedback from our strong userbase we have outgrown to a platform to govern board meetings. In which we enable important decision making.

Today... we are so much more than just "easy to meet". 

To drive our next chapter in this journey, it is a great momentum to share our new brand name. A conscious broader reflection of our mission to add value for board committees all over the world.

From now Indeqa® is the new standard to govern board meetings on Microsoft 365 & Teams.

New name, same iconEasy2Meet icon - Copy

You will be able to recognize us through our logo, as we kept the same logo icon and updated it with our new name. From the 3rd of November the logo will be visual throughout all our channels and apps, without any required actions.  

 The new name change also applies to the name of our mobile apps for iOS, Windows and Android. Update: the new app including our new name has been released in the stores on Saturday 13th November.

Please make sure to share this update within your organization, so all board members will be familiar with the Indeqa name being connected to the unchanged app icon.

We will be using our new web domain as our new home base. Existing web and email traffic to current Easy2Meet resources and inboxes will be routed correctly. However, do take note of the following updated e-mail addresses: 

  • : available for all your requests for support and customer success.
  • :  address to receive invoices from and ask questions around billing.
  • : inbox to submit all inquiries and contractual topics. 

All existing addresses will remain in place and will be re-directed.

For now, we are not making any changes to the domain of our app hosting infrastructure. Ensuring accessibility, continuity and security is of key importance for all of us. For this reason, any migration will be executed in a controlled step by step approach spread over the upcoming releases according to our roadmap.
